Why built InvenTrac
My daughter started an Etsy store, and learning to manage it while tracking listings kept her up late at night. I wanted to help her keep track of listings and orders without jumping between dashboard pages all the time.
So I built a little Chrome extension that gives her a quick snapshot of the inventory whenever she needs it.
It started as an Etsy-only tool, and now InvenTrac also supports Shopify—giving sellers one place to keep inventory aligned across both stores.

Is it free?
Yes. Email alerts and stock stats are free forever. Inventory sync is free for 7 days — after that, keep your stock syncing with any paid plan.
Which platforms are supported?
InvenTrac supports Etsy and Shopify.
Do I enter my store password?
No. Authentication uses each platform's official OAuth login process.
Does InvenTrac modify my listings?
No. It currently reads inventory information so you can monitor stock more easily.
How often does it sync with my store?
It automatically syncs with your store a few times a day, and you can also manually sync as needed. Each platform limits how many API requests you can make per day (Etsy, for example, allows 5000), so please don't abuse the sync. Thank you.

Yes. As I continue using it myself and receive feedback, I'll keep improving it.
